An FTD is worth ≈ $12.8 net cash / $17.5 GGR within its first 7 days — and the curve is still rising, so mature LTV will be higher. D0 ($4.96) is just the average first-deposit ticket.
The all-time "UAC > FB" gap is a maturity illusion. UAC cohorts are older (FTD from 09 Jun) so they've banked more days; FB started later (10–11 Jun). Age-normalized, FB FTDs ramp faster and pass UAC by D7 ($13.09 vs $12.23) — FB players keep redepositing while the UAC cashback offer drives cash-out.
Read with care: max cohort age is 10 days and the D7 average rests on the 69 earliest FTDs (whale-sensitive — a few large early depositors lift it). Daily cohort rows are small and swing on individual whales (e.g. 12 Jun $23.35 vs 11 Jun $1.00 where 96% of deposits were withdrawn back).
